Rook: The Design Process

Here's a look behind the scenes at Rook, a brand Mike Weezy and I picked up at Agenda in Huntington Beach last summer.

Rook Brand Clothing combines graphic design and illustrations from two of the leading artists in the skate/surf/streetwear industry - chances are you've worn their work before. "Big Bear has always been known as SoCal's getaway to indulge in winter activities for the weekend warrior. For the Holiday 2011 shoot we explored a lesser-known path, and found a native and industrial setting that styled perfectly with the holiday line. This shoot features musician Blu, LRG Artist Driven artist Augor, LRG Snow team rider Justin Bennee, LRG skate team members Chico Brenes, Tommy Sandoval, and Billy Marks."
